DURING HOLIDAY SEASON'S DELIVERY TIMES MAY BE DELAYED
ALL ORDERS ARE PROCESSED WITHIN 24-48 HOURS
Once your order has been processed and shipped you will be issued a tracking number to the email address you provided during checkout.
When selecting free local pickup please be aware your order need to be picked up within 3 days of the date of purchase. Any orders that hasn't been picked up within the time frame listed above is your responsibility of the condition and pickup. All orders left 30 days or more will go back to inventor and NO Refund will be offered. Free Local pickup order will receive a text to schedule pickup Monday-Saturday

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

All returns/exchanges must be made within 3 business days from the date you receive your order.

We will accept exchanges for orders of the wrong (style, size or color). We will allow allow a return for an exchange as long as the item is unused/unworn with labels, tags and original packaging within seven business days. PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO RETURN ANY PRODUCTS.

Items purchased through promotions may be final sale, and therefore not eligible for exchanges or returns. There will be a 20% restock fee for any regular price item that is returned if not exchange for a different style or size

Returns will NOT be accepted if you have not contacted us FIRST.

NO RETURNS on undergarment items. Example (Socks, pajamas, body shapers, panties, bras, etc.) These items are FINAL SALE

REFUND POLICY
If you are not satisfied with our products (Not quality problem), you can choose to be refunded the cost you paid for any of your initially order items if they have been returned in original condition.
